Where can I purchase Callaway blue water?

You can find our water at Publix, Piggly Wiggly, Marvins Market in Columbus, Billy’s Supermarket in Cataula, and various Convenience Stores throughout the area, or you can sign up for home and office delivery service.

How can I get Callaway Blue Spring water delivered to my home or office?

To receive our delivery service, please call us at 706-628-1000 or fill out the request form.

Does Callaway Blue Spring Water donate to charitable events or organizations?

We try to donate to health-conscious events or charitable organizations whenever possible, but are unable to fulfill every donation request. Please send all information with details about your request to us at donations@callawayblue.com, and we will review your request as promptly as possible.

How can I pay my bill?

You can either pay your bill with a credit card, money order, check, or we can set your account up for auto payment. We will accept cash in the office but please do not send it through the mail.

How can I get my statement?

You can receive your statement through the mail, via email or fax.

Automatic Payments?

Statements are mailed on the 1st for all accounts. Auto-pay customers will have their credit card charged on the 10th for the total amount due on their account. Please let us know about expired, lost, stolen or cancelled cards.

How do I keep my cooler clean?

The easiest way to keep you cooler clean is to use a household pre-diluted Clorox spray and a lint-free towel at least once a month. Drain the cooler of water. The front knobs unscrew. Clean the knobs and the top of the cooler where the jug sits with the spray and make sure to rinse thoroughly.

How often will water be delivered to me?

We deliver bottled water to you at least once a month, but extra deliveries can be scheduled by calling our office and speaking with one of our customer service team members.

Do I have to be home to receive my water delivery?

You only need to be home when we are coming to set up a cooler system or pick up a cooler. You do not have to be home to receive your regular delivery. Just leave your empty jugs on your front or back porch and we will replace them with your new delivery.

Do I have to do anything when my delivery arrives?

On your first delivery, your route driver will set up your water cooler and place a jug on it to make sure it is working properly. If you are at home and need assistance lifting your jugs, the route driver will be happy to assist you with replacing it with a full one.

Can I change the amount of water I receive per delivery?

Yes, please call 706-628-1000 and speak to one of our customer service team members if you need to change your delivery amount.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes. We recycle our polycarbonate 5 and 3 gallons and our PET individual serve scrap bottles, all sizes.

Why should I drink spring water instead of tap water?

Our spring water starts out pure, where as tap water starts out with impurities and must be cleaned, often with chemicals. Some of the impurities cannot be removed. It is important to know your source. Our water is tested annually for every contaminant known to be present in drinking waters and the results are posted on our website and available in our water quality report which can be mailed or accessed on the web.

How long can unopened bottles be stored?

The shelf life of 5, 3, and 1 gallon bottles is 1 year. The shelf life of individual serve bottles (1 liter, .5 liter, and 20 oz.) is two years.

Where should I store the water?

Store bottled water out of the sunlight, and in climate controlled areas when possible.

What is PET plastic?

PET stands for poly(ethylene terephthalate), commonly abbreviated PET, or PETE, is a thermoplastic polymerresin of the polyester family and is used in beverage, food and other liquid containers.

Are there any additional fees?

Fuel Surcharge- Helps offset the rise and fall of fuel prices
Finance Charges- $1.00 or 1% of total amount due
Off Route Charge- extra delivery charge

Can you make deliveries to more than one address?

We can deliver to different locations. We can master bill the account so that there will be only one statement.

Do you deliver to a secure building or gaited community?

We can add gate codes to the delivery message on your account.

How much water does a customer usually get?

Each family or office usually consumes 3 jugs of water each month.

What are the sizes and types of water coolers?

Our coolers range in make but they are typically one foot wide, one foot deep, and just over 3 foot tall. We carry “room and cold” and “hot and cold” coolers.

Resheduling or adding orders

We do our best to deliver on your scheduled delivery date. If this will not work, you can reschedule your delivery. You can skip your scheduled date if you have enough water. If you need more than usual, just give us a call anytime before your delivery date or leave a note with your bottles.
